A barrel-aged blackcurrant brandy from Austria
The blackcurrant fragrance is obvious as soon as you open the bottle. On the nose, the aromas dominate and are reminiscent of fully ripe blackcurrant stalks. This is accompanied by a slightly bitter taste on the palate, while in the long finish, the deep, velvety note of the dark berries recedes. Ideal enjoyed between courses – for example with game, goose and roast dishes.
