This delicate nut liqueur made from roasted hazelnuts is an incomparably intense treat. The hazelnuts are harvested in autumn and dried before we prepare them in our roastery. Then we soak them for a while in high-quality alcohol, allowing the fine nut aromas to develop to the full. This becomes our distillate, which gives the liqueur its intense flavour and delicate mildness on the palate.
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Wild Hazelnut Liqueur well chilled at a temperature of between 10 and 17 °C. Tastes great not only on its own but also in a latte or with dessert – try it for yourself!
