Our Salted Caramel Cream tastes like a melt-in-the-mouth caramel sweet – not too sweet, full in flavour, creamy on the finish, with a pleasant tingling sensation on the tongue... The creamy sweetness of the caramel leads to a real taste explosion on the palate with the pinch of Fleur de Sel.

With our Salted Caramel Liqueur, we have succeeded in creating a unique cream liqueur from the best ingredients: a caramel made with great care, refined with Austrian hay milk, offering a gentle 17 % vol.

The "Flower of Salt" in our liqueur
Gourmets know and love it: Fleur de Sel, also known as Flower of Salt. This is a very special sea salt as its lengthy production process makes it a precious commodity. The seawater evaporates in the sun in specially created salt marshes; as the salt crystallises on the surface, it is skimmed off by hand with wooden rakes. Transported to our liqueur kitchen, the Fleur de Sel is then used to complete our exquisite Salted Caramel Cream.
