This delicately fragrant Apricot Schnapps is a traditional Austrian speciality. The juicy-sweet apricots come from sun-drenched regions at the foothills of the Alps. After harvesting, they are carefully mashed before being distilled into aromatic distillate using a traditional double distillation process.
Long storage for an unmistakable taste
The distillate is matured for several years in various vessels such as stoneware, glass balloons and steel tanks. This is how our Apricot Schnapps develops its full and unmistakable flavours.
Intense apricot flavour
This schnapps already has a compelling nose with the characteristic aroma of the fully ripe fruit. On the palate, there are full-bodied, intense apricot tones with a long, fruity finish.
