Tipsy Banana
Ingredients to serve four people:
Prinz Rum Coconut Liqueur 40% vol
4 bananas
Honey
Dark chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts, almonds or coconut flakes
Easy to prepare, takes approx. 15 minutes:
Slice the bananas lengthwise without peeling them. Drizzle honey and Rum Coconut Liqueur inside the banana to taste. Insert three chocolate pieces into the flesh at equal intervals.
Preparation on the grill
Place the bananas on a hot grill. Wait until the skin is dark and the chocolate has melted.
Preparation in the oven
Preheat the oven to 160° C. Bake the bananas for about 8 minutes.
Garnish and serve
Garnish your cooked bananas with chopped nuts, almonds or coconut flakes as desired. Serve the dessert in a bowl while still hot.
