Marc de Champagne Truffle Mousse au Chocolat
Ingredients:
6cl Prinz Marc de Champagne Truffle Liqueur
2 chunks of white chocolate
2 eggs
0.5l cream
Simple to prepare
Separate the eggs and then mix the egg yolks with 2-3 tablespoons of hot water until foamy. Beat the egg whites until stiff and the cream until equally stiff. Then, melt the chocolate slowly over a bain-marie.
Carefully mix all the ingredients with the liqueur and refrigerate overnight. Decorate with a few fresh fruits and enjoy. The perfect dessert for chocolate fans!
