Alpine Hugo
Ingredients:
200ml white wine
2cl Prinz Elderflower Liqueur 18% vol
1 tbsp lime juice
Mint to garnish
Simple to prepare:
Heat the white wine, but do not let it boil. Add the Elderflower Liqueur and lime juice to taste – and heat again.
Then pour the Alpine Hugo into glasses, garnish with mint and serve warm.
Your Alpine Hugo is ready!
Our tip for creative people:
In summer, you can prepare the Alpine Hugo as a cold drink. Simply replace the white wine with Prosecco and add ice cubes.
