Pear Brandy from the Hafele

Our "house pear" varieties ripen in local meadows, mainly on standard trees in the Lake Constance region. In autumn, the fruits are picked by hand, pressed, then carefully fermented. After the gentle Hafele double distillation process, the distillate is stored in stoneware for at least two years. This allows it time to mature, resulting in the particularly full-bodied and spicy Hafele House Pear Brandy.

Finely balanced fruit aromas, a full-bodied gentle taste with a pleasant and very long finish will please connoisseurs and aficionados alike.
