A cranberry brandy from Hafele
Delicately tart, fruity and pleasantly acidic – Hafele Wild Cranberry Brandy is an exceptionally tasty drink. Only fruits picked in the wild are used in the production process, as the aroma of cultivated cranberries is not as intense as that of their wild counterparts.
The mash requires tender care so that the aromas are enhanced in the best possible way. This is followed by distillation using the Hafele brandy process, then storage in stoneware containers for at least two years. The result is a refreshing brandy with a tart note.
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Hafele Wild Cranberry Brandy at a temperature of approx. 15 °C in a Prinz Schnapps Glass or Hafele Glass.
