The Blueberry Schnapps from Austria
For this fine schnapps delicacy, we use only sun-drenched, fresh blueberries from the Lake Constance region. Hand-picked, we mash them at our Obsthof directly after harvesting to ensure that the aroma is preserved in the best possible way.
We use the fine distillation process to create a delicate blueberry distillate in our stills. Over several years of maturation, the flavour is allowed to develop further. The result is a captivating schnapps with a graceful berry scent on the nose. The taste is slightly spicy, intensely fruity and utterly distinctive. You may also know the blueberry by another name – the bilberry.
Enjoyment recommendation: Enjoy Blueberry Schnapps in a Stamperle Glass or Schnapps Glass, at a temperature of between 17 and 20 °C.
