A sophisticated drinking pleasure for all fans of chocolate, the Rum Chocolate Liqueur from Prinz is a chocolate rum liqueur that skillfully combines a tart note of dark chocolate with the spicy sweetness of genuine Austrian Inländer Rum that delights with its distinct golden brown colour.
Made from distillate of the finest cocoa beans
Tart chocolate meets spicy Inländer Rum: Rum Chocolate owes its full-bodied character with intense chocolate notes to its special production process. Roasted cocoa beans from South America are first steeped in alcohol at our distillery on Lake Constance and then gently vacuum distilled. Of course, we also produce the original Austrian Inländer Rum ourselves: it is distilled from sugar cane molasses according to a traditional recipe.
Neat or in a cocktail – versatile liqueur flavour
With its spicy, delicate, tart aroma of dark chocolate, Prinz Rum Chocolate is a particularly versatile liqueur: enjoy it neat over ice or in a delicious cocktail. With its soft, chocolaty aroma, Rum Chocolate works very well in creamy drinks like a White Russian. The liqueur's taste is reminiscent of the popular après-ski drink Lumbumba. A shot of Rum Chocolate is an excellent way to enhance hot drinks such as tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
